These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services available to registered Jobseekers (the “Service”) through our website at www.jobtimise.co.uk (the “Website”). They should be read in conjunction with our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy which shall also apply to your use of this Website. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering. By registering you are forming a contract and agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions below. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register to use this Website.

To register as a Jobseeker you should visit http://www.jobtimise.co.uk/page/jobseeker/register.cfm . You will be asked to provide certain information about yourself. You must ensure that the information provided by you on registration or at any time thereafter is correct, complete and not misleading.

You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your details in order that we may communicate with you effectively.

By registering you are forming a contract with us. The contract between us will consist of your registration details and these Terms and Conditions. Reference to these Terms and Conditions includes our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

We will not file the concluded contract between us online and you should therefore print out and retain each element the contract. We can only conclude this contract with you and provide the Service to you in English and not in any other language.

3. Provision of the Service

Following registration, and in consideration of you agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, we will make the Service available to you free-of-charge.

The Service shall be as described on the Website from time to time. We are continually seeking to improve the Service. We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to make changes to any part of the Service without notice.

If we reasonably believe that your ID is being used in any way which is not permitted by these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to suspend access rights immediately on giving notice to you and to block access from your ID until the issues has been resolved.

5. Submission of Material and Content

The Service allows you to create, edit and submit material for inclusion on the Website, including (without limitation) your personal profile, CV and job applications (“Material”). Whilst we do not seek to monitor or control the submission of Material, we do reserve the right to delete, move and edit any material submitted where in our absolute discretion we consider it prudent or necessary to do so.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service and our Website. You are solely responsible for all Material you submit for inclusion on the Website. You are prohibited from posting to or from our Website any Material that:

All notices shall be given to us via email to info@jobtimsie.co.uk or by post to our registered office, or to you at either the email or postal address you provide during registration.

Notice will be deemed to be given when an email is received (or else on the next business day if it is received on a weekend or a public holiday in the place of receipt) or 2 working days after the date of posting.

13. General

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any court of competent authority to be void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the affected provisions shall continue to be valid.

The failure to exercise a right or remedy provided by these Terms and Conditions or by the law does not constitute a waiver of other rights or remedies.

These Terms and Conditions will be subject to the laws of England and Wales and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
