Upon registering as a Jobseeker you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself such as your name and contact details. You may also create a jobseeker profile, upload copies of your CV and prepare and submit job applications on this Website.

We will collect information from you if you register as an Employer on this Website. You will be asked to provide certain information about yourself and your business including your name and contact details. You may also create an Employer profile, purchase and create job advertisements on this Website.

We may also collect information submitted via other online forms, surveys, message boards or forums which are available on this Website from time to time.

We may collect information about you if you contact us offline, for example by telephone, fax, email or post.

We may collect information about your usage of our Website.

What we use your information for

• We will permit registered Employers to search registered jobseeker profiles to find suitable applicants for jobs and to invite them to apply by email. Employers will only have access to the “my profile” section of the jobseeker’s profile, so Jobseekers who wish to remain anonymous should not include any personally identifiable information in this section. Jobseekers who do not wish to be emailed in this way should “opt out” by ticking the appropriate box in their profile.
• We may use your information to contact you by email about special offers and new features on the Website. Registered users who do not wish to be contacted in this way can “opt out” by ticking the appropriate box in their profile.
• We may use your information to contact you for feedback on your use or our products, services or website.
• We may also use and analyse the information we collect so that we can administer, support, improve and develop our Website and the products and services we offer.

With whom we may share your information

If you are a registered Jobseeker your information will be shared with registered Employers in the ways outlined above. In particular, if you apply for a job online the information you submit will be forwarded directly to the employer concerned for consideration.

Similarly, if you are a registered employer then you acknowledge that any information you submit for inclusion on the Website will be accessible to site users.

We may allow third party providers and contractors who supply services to us or which process information on our behalf (for example our payment provider and website hosts) incidental access to your information. We will ensure that they keep your information secure and do not use it for their own purposes.

We may share your information with any group companies of ours from time to time, or with another organisation which buys our company or our assets or to whom we transfer our agreement with you and in the course of any negotiations which may or may not lead to such a transfer or sale.
